Manufacturer's Warranty for Dry Shine Detailing Products

Warranty Coverage:

Dry Shine USA, a division of Waterless Detailing Systems, LLC ("Dry Shine"), warrants to the original purchaser that its chemical detailing products ("Products") are free from defects in material and formulation under normal use and service for a period of 60 days from the date of original purchase. Should any product fail to perform as intended due to manufacturing defects, Dry Shine will, at its discretion, either replace the product or refund the purchase price.


This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper application, use beyond the product's intended purpose, or failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Deterioration due to exposure to unusual environmental conditions, improper storage, or accidents.
  • Products that have been tampered with or altered from their original formulation.
  • Normal wear and tear or depletion of the product through regular use.

Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

  1. Contact Dry Shine Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return the product, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase, to the specified address. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.


This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Dry Shine's liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at Dry Shine's discretion. Dry Shine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which the product was purchased, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
